UX Guyde provides digital products including, but not limited to, PDF guidebooks and Figma design templates, as well as 1-on-1 career coaching services (collectively, the "Services").

All materials provided by UX Guyde are the exclusive property of UX Guyde and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• Personal Use License: Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

• Strict Prohibitions: You are strictly prohibited from sharing, reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing any PDF files, Figma links, or coaching materials.

• No Derivative Works: You may not modify or create derivative works based on our content for the purpose of resale or public distribution.

3. No Employment or Income Guarantee

While our materials are based on professional industry experience and best practices, UX Guyde is an educational resource.

• No Results Guaranteed: UX Guyde does not guarantee that the use of our products or services will result in a job offer, promotion, salary increase, or any specific career outcome.

• User Responsibility: Your success depends on your personal effort, market conditions, and individual employer requirements.

4. Consulting and Coaching Cancellations

To respect the time of our consultants and other clients, we enforce a strict cancellation policy:

• 24-Hour Notice: Coaching calls must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

• Forfeiture: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or "no-shows," are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled without a new booking fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UX Guyde and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the digital products.

• Decisions made or actions taken by you in your career or job search.

• Any financial outcomes or loss of income related to your professional activities. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be filed in the courts located in Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida.

7. Changes to Terms

UX Guyde reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Continued use of our Services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
